My son wanted happy feet for Christmas and Santa delivered many pairs of wild socks.
This was his favorite pair.
Christmas was sweet, the four of us made sure Andrew was the "child" for Christmas. The one to dote on. Fun times!
He made me a pair of earrings out of purple circuit boards! =) Stunning!
MS^^^^^^^CRAP
Paperwork.
Slightly off topic - funny how Neuro PA's can't fix sinus infections but can prescribe Aubagio. Medical care has become too compartmentalized for me. I have a sinus infection and saw my primary care Dr. the next day. Steroids (!!!) and antibiotics, what's two more pill bottles?
Anyone on Aubagio? Tell me, scare me, or make me laugh.
Took Mom to the hospital last night for observation. No diagnosis. Answers take time. Especially on New Year's Eve weekend. I am tired.
May the year 2013 be wonderful to all!

I love love your son Andrew's Happy Feet. What a good idea. Glad you have made it through the holidays relatively well. Happy Happy to you, somehow, despite all the pills you are having to take. Hope they will keep you around more years so you can keep on fighting MS.
Love the bright, quirky socks!
Will you be taking a picture of your earrings??
Best wishes for 2013, Sherry!
Oh I LOVE socks, looks like Andrew got some winners!
Not sure why you would take the drug, unless are you still RRMS (because that's the target group)or are you now PPMS or SPMS, since it's progressing? The drug has the nicest name of all so far...Aubagio...sounds like a classical music piece. Ya...I am anti MS drugs, I won't take anything unless it CURES me.
I hope you get some answers for mom, the waiting is the worst,
Wishing you all the best in 2013.
Good choice with Andrew's socks. Happy Feet indeed! Though I haven't seen the others, they're likely my favorite as well.
NOW, a picture of your earrings, please.
And why haven't I heard of Aubagio? Karen is right - it is a nice name, but it sounds like it is not good for one's liver. At all. Any other options? I'm waiting for BG-12, myself. I think it's due out in March 2013.
Happy New Year, dear Sherry.
Happy Feet! yeah! Just dropping in to wish you all a wonderful New Year.
I am glad to hear that you guys had such a good Christmas... it makes me feel better about having a good Christmas too..!
Love the socks and it was nice of you to show off Andrew's socks... don't know anything about the drug but I do get the whole specialization mess... get this from that one and have that one tell this one to have another one give you what the first one could have given you...
Here is to a sunny 2013..!
I too have broken my practical internet silence that I don't know why I have to ask this - where are the photos of the earings, I scrolled, I looked but could not not find. A polite request for a photo. Bizarre that curiosity is that which makes me type in this blogosphere but am intrigued. It sounds as though your son is talented, thoughtful and using something which would otherwise no doubt fill landfill, so saving the planet as well. He is lovely, as are his socks.
I think there is something wrong with my eyes these days as read the name of this new drug as ambience, I hope this is what it provides. I have not heard of this one, stories please on efficacy, as I do not want you taking something that has more side effects than good.
Happy Feet indeed, Happy People, Happy Post, Happy 2013. xx
Appalling grammar, I am sorry along with my eyesight my punctuation appears dodgy indeed.... x
Beautiful happy feet. I am not familiar with the drug - and so hope it helps.
Happy New Year to you and yours. and I really hope that you get some answers for your mama.
I am a great fan of unordinary socks.
I am so into Happy Feet, we have a company (or had) that made socks almost as cool that are just right amount of elastic that I can use them to help move my legs around. They have sassy stripes. The older folks at my home get a kick out of them. (which means they think I'm nuts)
